Gestützt auf das Selbsteintrittsrecht ist das Bundesamt für Justiz legitimiert, an Stelle des ihm untergeordneten Eidgenössischen Amtes für das Handelsregister gemäss Art. 5 Abs. 2 lit. e HRegV Beschwerde zu erheben (E. 2).
